1. AI generation of musical content

Ambera channel content is produced using generative artificial intelligence. Musical tracks are synthesized by AI models according to the channel’s style, tempo and mood.

2. Quality and nature of the content

• Each track is generated automatically; we do not guarantee that the result will fully meet expectations or the standard of a “human performance”;
• Content is created for use as background music in commercial spaces;
• Ambera may update and change channel content as the models evolve.

3. Rights to the content

Ambera uses the models in accordance with their licensing terms and works with rights holders within the Service. You receive the right to use the playback in your venue within your subscription, but you do not acquire rights to the content itself.
