• Browser settings: selected language and catalogue filter state, stored locally in your browser;
• Technical data: IP address and browser details required for the Service to function.

2. Payment data

Payment data is handled by the payment provider. Ambera does not store bank card numbers or payment credentials.

3. Purpose of processing

Data is used only to deliver the Service: channel configuration, playback in your venue, subscription management and support. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties except where required by law.

4. Aggregated statistics

We may analyze anonymized usage data to improve content quality and product performance.

• Close your account and stop data processing.
