Terms of Service

Version dated 1 August 2026

1. General

These Terms of Service define the conditions of the Ambera service (the “Service”), which provides background music for cafés, bars, restaurants and other venues. By using the Service or registering for it, you accept these Terms in full.

2. Subject of the Terms

  • Access to the channel catalogue with streaming playback;
  • Listening to channel previews on the website;
  • Configuring your venue profile and playback settings;
  • Public performance of the music in your venue within your subscription.

3. Plans and pricing

  • Base — free. 30+ channels, 128 kbps quality, one local stream. A 7-day Pro trial is included, at no cost.
  • Pro — $14.99/month. 50+ channels, HD 320 kbps quality, up to 10 streams across multiple venues. The Pro trial runs for 7 days; after that the subscription activates automatically.

4. Payment and cancellation

Pro subscription charges start after the trial period and are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time with a single action; Pro access continues until the end of the paid period. There is no upfront payment and no minimum commitment.

5. Public performance and legal disclaimer

Ambera works with rights holders and holds the licenses needed for the public performance of music within the Service. Ambera is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Specific requirements for public performance may depend on the jurisdiction, the type of venue and the volume of playback — for non-standard questions, consult a lawyer.

6. Intellectual property

Channel content, including AI-generated audio, is protected under applicable law. You may use the playback in your venue within your subscription, but you may not resell, redistribute or extract the channel content.

7. User obligations

  • Use the Service only in your own venues;
  • Do not share access with third parties for use outside your venues;
  • Do not attempt to bypass the technical protection of the content.

8. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. Ambera is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. When the subscription ends, access to paid features ends at the close of the paid period.

9. Changes and contact

Ambera may amend these Terms; changes take effect upon publication of a new version. Direct any questions about the Terms to the support address listed on the site.
